Where are OUTDOOWERK products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the Zurich Oberland in Switzerland by us or suppliers we know personally. Over 90% of our products are manufactured within a radius of 10 km.

Where can I find the OUTDOORWERK products?

In the Arc'teryx Shop in Zurich (Bogen 27, Viadukt, www.arcstore.ch) you can pick up and buy all knives and chopping knives. Transa Zürich (www.transa.ch) carries some of our products. The cutler Elsener in Rapperswil sells and presents our knives. At KURTS in Richterswil you can have a look at the OW4 Outdoor Knife. Fernanda's - Swiss Design and Products in Zermatt at the Bahnhofstrasse also carries some of our products and the Trailshop in Küsnacht am Rigi.

Express deliveries?

From our experience it usually makes no sense to ship our products by express. We try to keep delivery times as short as possible. In exceptional cases, please contact us in advance.

Payment methods

Payment methods are: Advance payment, Postfinance e-finance (only for Switzerland and from CHF 300.-) and PayPal. You can also pay with credit cards via PayPal.

Value added tax/value added tax

Our prices include the legal VAT of 7.7%. For orders from abroad, the VAT amount is automatically deducted during the ordering process. Any customs duties are due upon import into your country. 

Repairs, spare parts and warranty
For repairs, spare parts and warranty claims, please contact us in advance by e-mail. This avoids unnecessary shipping costs.
